More Than Enough
Since I have a knack for discontent, I am always mystified by the word “enough”.
(Yes, God is enough, and He satisfies my life with good things. My hope is that if you haven’t already found this in your life, this is your year to discover the sweetness of God’s always abiding presence.)
But as I gaze with anticipation at the fascinating landscape yet to unfold for Beautiful You Conference 2015, I am convinced this year of one thing…God has more.
More than enough.
Way more than enough.
He wants to do more for us than we could ever imagine. Beyond our wildest imagination.*
Actually, it’s the driving passion behind everything we do for BYC15. We aren’t satisfied with “just enough”. We are always seeking, stretching, looking and praying until we see women from all walks of life experiencing God as he really is. Imagine with us for a minute what throngs (that would be “throngs, NOT thongs”) of women indelibly marked with his love, having their purpose shaped by the brave echo that God has already written into the narrative of their story could do. It’s our passion to create a platform where girls from all kinds of churches or no church at all can come together for weekend, feel loved and embraced. To have “aha” moments, feel heavens kiss, find new friends and experience the power of what we can see in a moment TOGETHER.
It’s our passion.
Well, that and large amounts of coffee.
So, as we launch a new season for BYMovement.com, take some time to explore the website, you’ll get to know our speakers, view our online brochure and find all the details you need to make it a great weekend. You matter to us, Beautiful, and honestly it won’t be the same without you. Go ahead, clear your schedule and invite the girls in your world, we cannot wait to see you!
All my love,
* “I ask—ask the God of our Master, Jesus Christ, the God of glory—to make you intelligent and discerning in knowing him personally, your eyes focused and clear, so that you can see exactly what it is he is calling you to do, grasp the immensity of this glorious way of life he has for his followers, oh, the utter extravagance of his work in us who trust him—endless energy, boundless strength” Ephesians 1:17-18 (MSG)
